I’m Razvan. PT-qualified, dad of two, and trying to get lean before our next family trip to Romania.
This site exists for a simple reason. I know I am more likely to pack it in if nobody is watching. I do not spend much time on social media and I am not trying to become a fitness creator. I am putting this online because public accountability might finally help me stay consistent.
The odd part is that I do actually know what I should be doing. I am qualified as a PT and I have lost weight before. Knowledge is not the issue. The harder bit is doing it properly when life is busy, stress is high, the kids need you, money is on your mind, and there is always junk food in the kitchen.
Since August 2025, the main goal was just to get back to the gym and make it a habit. That part has gone better than expected. I have been more consistent with training than I have in a long time. The food side is where it has all been a lot less tidy.
I am not going to pretend this is all about abs or beach photos. A big part of this is that when I am stressed and off track, it spills into the rest of life as well. I get blunt. I get snappy. I am not as good a husband or dad as I should be. I am not proud of that, but there is no point pretending otherwise.
So that is what this blog is for. Real updates. Real numbers. Real food. The weeks where things are on track and the weeks where they are all over the place.
If you are a busy parent trying to sort yourself out without turning it into a personality, you will probably feel at home here.
